La Rambla 89, located at the corner of the Mercat de la Boqueria is a splendid location in Barcelona. It is a spacious 110 m2 apartment with a long balcony overlooking the famous Ramblas and a 40m2 terrace overlooking the bustling fruit and vegetable market at the rear of the apartment, an ideal location to relax and enjoy drinks & dinner with friends! This apartment is also designed to provide you with a comfortable and convenient stay during your holiday! The apartment has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 3 single beds along with one bedroom with a single bed. Should you need some more sleeping area there is a double bed sofa in the air conditioned living room. There is one bathroom with a bathtub / shower over, and a separate walk in shower across the hall. The apartment is well equipped to ensure that your stay in Barcelona is enjoyable!

Las Ramblas and Portal del Angel are busy shopping streets with hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops, just minutes from the apartment. Just 100 meters away is Plaza Catalunya, with big shops such as Corte Ingles and FNAC. The Liceu subway station is just across the street, as well as a number of buses. There are 2 big supermarkets close by: Carrefour and Corte Ingles, along with many small local grocery shops. There are museums and other places of interest within 10 minutes of walking distance such as Palau Güell, Cathedral, Santa Maria del Pi, Santa Maria del Mar, Roman ruins, Port Vell harbour, Gothic quarter, Borne and Raval neighborhoods. Barceloneta beach is about a 15 minute walk away.

The total measurement of the apartment is 110 m2, which includes a 15 meter long balcony overlooking La Rambla and a 40 m2 terraces overlooking the fruit and vegetable market. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 3 single beds, and one bedroom has a single bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room so that makes it 8 sleeping places! There is one bathroom with a large bathtub / shower. The apartment is well equipped with satellite TV and has been the favorite vacation apartment of a lot of our guests in the last few years!

Location and Area La Rambla is the finest and most famous shopping street of Barcelona with hundreds of restaurants bars and shops as well as the Placa de Catalunya just 100 meters away with the big shops such as Corte Ingles and FNAC, the subway station is less in front of the building, there are so many museums and places of interest within 10 minutes of walking that we will send a detailed list and map with our recommendations to all guests after confirming their reservation.

Amenities We do provide good quality linens and towels at no extra charge. Please let us know if you need a childs bed or cot and if you bring animals (dogs and cats are no problem as long as small and well behaved)

Cancellation It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. If for any reason beyond their control, including force majeure, Visit Barcelona S.L. should be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him, upon agreement, to a similar property. If the price of the substituted property is less, the difference will be reimbursed to the client but if the price of the substituted property is higher, the difference will be charged to the Client. If, however, no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorized to cancel the contract. Visit Barcelona S.L. will refund to the Client all monies paid.

Guest Book Hi everyone, I realized when I saw this on my e-mail recently that I never turned in your evaluation form and I just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with our accomodations with you recently. My students and I stayed in Las Ramblas and Santa Ana 2 from June 5-8. Both were well located, clean, attractively furnished and reasonably priced. I really appreciate your help and would certainly rent them again if traveling in Barcelona. Las Ramblas, especially was a lot of fun due to the great balcony overlooking the market and the subway stop there was so convenient. Our stay in Spain was the nicest, most relaxing part of the trip. ( I also really appreciated the student discounts offered to all students at Spanish museums. They were so accomodating and helpful at the Sagrada Familia; quite a contrast to France and Italy where non-European students pay full price and are treated rather rudely.)
