The property is part of the Regal Palms complex at Highlands Reserve 6 miles from Disney, which is a newly gated private community. This is a new 4 Bedroom / 3½ Bathroom air conditioned townhouse including a large Living & Dining area, large fully equipped Kitchen, the first master Bedroom including En-suite facilities is downstairs and the property also has an additional downstairs lavatory. Upstairs is a second master bedroom again en-suite and two twin bedrooms. There is also the main bathroom and laundry room. The master bedroom has its own balcony. This is the largest type of 4 bedroom property on the resort. Cable TV is in master bedroom & lounge. Property features include air conditioning, washer dryer & hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave. Quality furnishings throughout. This property would ideally suit either two families or a number of couples.
