Solana villa Rental Property Information

Luxurious villa that is superbly decorated throughout. The villa is fully air-conditioned with the advantage of ceiling fans in every room. Both double rooms have a queen size bed,en-suite and cable TV.Twin rooms share a family bathroom. There are two living areas, a dining nook & a large dining area. The family room opens out onto the pool area & has colour cable TV with a DVD player & a PS2(DVD's and PS2 games available)The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need, including fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder & maker, blender and waste disposal. A washer/dryer, iron and board have also been provided. The double garage has been converted to a large games room with pool table & darts board. The private heated pool & spa has an extended patio area with patio furniture and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining. There is also a covered lanai with a ceiling fan and light for those who like to keep a little cooler!!

Our villa is situated on the exclusive, new Solana Resort. This is a gated community which benefits from added security and a fabulous Club house that offers a large communal pool, cyber cafe, gym, sand volley ball court, putting green and children’s play/pool area. All this is conveniently placed within just 10 minutes from Disney World and the surrounding attractions. It is on the US highway 27, only minutes from its junction with the US 192.There are plenty of things to keep you busy in Orlando and some of the main attractions are Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and of course Disney World!! Florida is famous for its many delicious restaurants and a lot of these are just minutes away on the US192.
