The main floor contains a spacious living room with seating area, full entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR and surround sound system, baby ground piano, fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows with unbelievable views, and expansive decks with a new hot tub for 8. The gourmet kitchen opens to a dining area for 8, and there are 3 bedrooms on this floor, two offering king beds and one offering two twin beds, all with huge windows and televisions.

There are also three baths on this level, each offering Born Bach fixtures, exceptional granite, double vanities, and jetted tubs and/or steam showers. All showers have body spray jets and handholds as well, and there are televisions in all baths. The glass elevator takes you to the top floor, into the master, which offers a four-poster king bed, incredible views, his and her closets, a sunken Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, and large vanity area.

This level also offers a loft, which can be used as an office, with a desk, fax machine, and high-speed Internet access, and also offers 2 day beds, perfect for children. On the first level, there is the fifth bathroom, which offers a steam shower, perfect for 4-6 people, and a dry sauna. The garage is available and is serviced by the elevator.

There is also an optional Annex separate apartment that offers vaulted ceilings, a new kitchen, excellent sound system, king bed with private bath, and it?s own outdoor hot tub on it's own deck. This home is a truly unique Snowmass find!
