This is a free standing three bedroom (Queen, Double, 2 Twins) 2.5 bath condo. The living area and 1/2 bath are on the entry floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. This condo has a nice deck that backs up to the creek. There is a pool in the complex which is open during the summer months. It is approximately 1500 sq. feet.
This owner provides unlimited free domestic & international (there are some countries excluded) phone calls from this property (excludes collect and operated assisted calls). This is a great convenience especially if you need to work while visiting Tahoe. No more entering your credit card to make a long distance phone call.
