There is a restaurant/bar, ?essentials? shop and laundry facilities. Many residents live here permanently and so whilst a fabulous holiday location, there is a peaceful relaxed atmosphere.
Shopping and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and Cape Town city centre is 20 minutes drive away.
The airport is a 30 minute drive and the famous Stellenbosch winelands is 40 minutes drive.
The Atlantic Beach golf course is 5 mins drive north from the apartment and about 45 minutes further on is the beautiful West CoastNational Park with its wild life and lagoon, perfect for sheltered, warm water swimming.
The beach right outside the apartment is excellent for surfing and windsurfing, and over the last couple of years has become an epicentre for the spectacular sport of Kitesurfing. It is also part of a wild-life reserve and you can walk for miles on the beach and in the dunes.
The Big bay penthouse is ideal for a holiday right on the beach with easy access to all the sights in and around Cape Town.
All properties are fully equipped including bath towels and bed linen.
