This stunning house is located in Val Maslina ('olive trees valley') 12 kms from Bar and Ulcinj in a small village of 5 houses.
There are 3 levels:
1) Ground floor apartment (with kitchen and bathroom) completely separated from the rest of the house with a separate gate . A circular terrace having access to the garden which includes mature olive, mandarine and lemon trees. Currently used by the present owners as a guest house or for their friends and family.
2) The first floor has a bedroom, a bathroom,a living room, a kitchen and a big terrace ( 70 sqm) - serving as a dining room for 300 days per year!
3) Via circular stairs you go to the top floor which is the master bedroom with a bathroom decorated with Onyx (a macedonian marble) a separate wc and a big terrace (30sqm) dominating the sea. The view is terrific.
There is a garden and a private bar called a 'Konoba' (montenegrian expression).

Located in Bar region, 12Km from Bar, and12Km from Ulcinj, 500m before Utjeha, Val Maslina (Olive trees's valley), 20m from the sea. Nice, quiet place with only 5 houses near the small private beach. 350 m from this small and quiet area called 'mali peskic' ( small stones) the long beach of Utjeha offers restaurants, groceries, taxi station, and a medical unit in case of emergency . Few boats are providing a shuttle service between Utjeha and Bar several times per day .It is also easy to find a cleaning lady or a cook for the duration of your holidays. If needed the owner will provide this additional service upon request for a reasonable expense.
