Our all suite dream home is available for short term rental and is located in the quiet Yacht Club area of Cape Coral on a large tropical lot, overlooking the 200 foot wide Dolphin canal with views to the Caloosahatchee river. Built in 2006 this 4500 square foot villa provides every luxury and has been finished to the highest standards. South exposure guarantees lots of sunshine. While the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is also just minutes from the Yacht Club beach and just a short drive from Cape Coral Pkwy, the main thoroughfare in the city, which leads through downtown with all its shops, and eventually to the bridge across the river to Fort Myers. A 23foot Wellcraft Fisherman or 21 foot Hurricane Deck boat are available for rent at an additional charge of $900 per week. This boats are great for fishing and for boating to the nearby beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

The decor is charming and I got the feeling you had done some redecorating during your visit earlier this winter. The pool and dock 'are worth the price of admission'.
