OCEANVIEW Rodanthe- Hatteras Island Estates New in 2006 SATISFACTION guaranteed. From the prime location near the beach, to the many amenities in this home, you're sure to be satisfied. Covered parking welcomes you with elevator access to the three main levels.

On the first level you'll find SATISFACTION in the spacious recreation room with fully loaded wet bar with full size refrigerator and lots of cabinet space with pool table, air hockey and TV, VCR, DVD. Also on this level you'll find a king master bedroom and a bedroom with bunk and pyramid bunk with semi-private bathroom that also has access from the game room.

The second level has three more master bedrooms (2 K, 1 Q), and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks with semi-private bathroom that also has access from the hall. A den with home theater system with flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound and direct deck access completes this level. The upper level great room assures SATISFACTION with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR, hardwood floors and beautiful views. The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and double dishwashers is sure to please as will the bright dining area with two large tables. Also on this level is a hall bath and two large bedrooms, a king master suite with separate tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub and another king bedroom.
