This expansive four level home provides sunrise and lighthouse views that will last a lifetime and has a wheelchair accessible boardwalk. Elevator access is provided from the first level to the fourth floor. The second level has three bedrooms (each with private bath), two are master suites that open to a shaded oceanside deck. The third level is one huge great room with wall to wall glass for unparalleled Atlantic views and opens onto a wide furnished oceanfront deck. There is a large dining table and breakfast bar. The entertainment area w/fireplace is a natural gathering place, and there is a handicapped friendly half bath. The fourth level features two additional master suites (one w/handicapped friendly bath) and additional living area which opens to a furnished sundeck with hot tub. Changes since 2007 catalog went to press: Many upgrades for 2007 rental season including fresh paint, new cabinetry and furnishings.
