This 2nd level opens to 4 bedrooms, each with ocean or sound views and adjoining baths, and to both ocean sunrise decks and soundside sunset decks. The oceanside deck features a six-person hot tub and spiral staircase to a rooftop deck. The 1st level, accessible by outside entrance only, serves as a 2nd entertainment area with TV, VCR, refrigerator, sofa bed, half bath and laundry - a great privacy area for grandparents or teenagers.
