The apartments are set in large secluded grounds with views over the nearby hilltop village of Gualdo (within the golden triangle), ideal for that summer holiday rental. They are surrounded by a wide variety of fruit trees, shrubs and large fenced meadow ideal for children to play. The self-catering apartment's are fully self contained offering all the comforts of home. They each have there own private entrance, either patio or portico with outdoor furniture & BB Q's. Shared use of all the grounds (approx one acre) & car parking within the grounds.

Places to visit locally (within 1/2hr's drive) Lake Fiastra is a stunning lake set within the dramatic landscape of the Sibillini mountain's. It offers numerous activities such as fishing, swimming, boating, walking and much more. For the less energetic just find yourself a little nook and do some serious sunbathing. There are local bars, restaurants and equipment hire shop. Macerata is the capital of the region and boasts the largest number of churches in one town as well as the world famous open air opera house (2nd largest in Italy). The architecture in the old town is stunning with plenty of narrow streets leading to numerous squares with cafes & restaurants. Grab a coffee and sit and watch the opera goers in their finery doing the compulsory fashion parade around the squares before going in. Excellent shopping in the new town.

Places to visit within 1hr's drive The Frassassi caves are a spectacular underground laberinth not to be missed. There are various daily guided tours available for all levels of experience and ability. it is very cold inside so take a pair of long trouser and a jumper. The sight is open all year round. Assisi is in the neighbouring region of Umbria on the slope of Mount Subasio. Made famous by St Frances the patron saint of Italy . There are religious ceremonies taking place through the year the main one being the St Frances celebration on the 3rd & 4th October. The sea - the Adriatic coast line offers a variety of coastal towns and resorts varying in size and facilities. The beach facilities are excellent with plenty of sun loungers, lockers, cafes and parking. The best beach in the area is Porto S'Giorgio which is rated blue flag. The stunning Conero peninsular has beautiful coves and secluded beaches as well as an 18 hole golf coarse further inland.

Guest Book Thank you for a great Easter. The weather was pretty good for the time of year. The apartment is very comfortable and the surroundings great. Breakfast on the balcony was worth getting up for. Sanarno market was just as you described, got loads of bargains as well. Hope to go again soon. Colin & Dorothy Cavnor.
