The recently refurbished condominium is located on the 7th floor near the front of the complex. The large living room and bedroom unit has a private balcony and a south and ocean view to the east. The unit has a queen sized bed, sofa, chair, nightstand, closet space and safe. There is a kitchenette area with table, small countertop, sink, microwave and fridge. Cutlery and tableware for four are included. The bathroom has a shower and tub, washer and dryer. Towels and linens are provided. The main unit is connected to a guest suite which has two queen size beds, writing desk, night stand, its own bathroom and private balcony.

Further detailed information about local amenities will be provided to guest prior to arrival. Golf: There are several top class golf courses 20 minutes away from resort. More information is available on request. Biking, Tennis, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing Details: Outside shopping and dining destinations are nearby. It is a relatively short taxi drive to Ft. Lauderdale and the restaurants at Los Olas Blvd. The services of the spa, fitness Center, gym are available for those who wish to avail of them, and a restaurant is present on site. The stay could also be combined with a cruise leaving from Ft Lauderdale. You may like to relax for a few days and then rent a car locally. Car Rental companies are close to the complex and will pick you up.

Distances: From Miami international airport : 35 miles ( 50 minutes average traffic). For guests who prefer not to drive on the day of their arrival, limo services are available at reasonable rates to take you to the resort. Your destination is very convenient to points of interest and activities in south Florida from Miami to Palm Beach. Ft Lauderdale : 9 miles ( 25 minutes average traffic), Boca Raton : 8 miles ( 15 minutes average traffic), West Palm Beach : 38 miles ( 46 minutes average traffic), and Orlando : 170 miles ( 220 minutes average traffic). Car rental companies are close to the complex and will pick you up.

Golf Information: There are many golf courses in the locality. Information will be provided to renters on request.
