This spacious 3 bedroom apartment located on a peaceful neighbourhood in the centre of Madrid is the best option for families with children persons going to Madrid for business (there is Internet WiFi available included in the price), elderly and in general for people wishing to stay at the same time near to all the city main areas and far of the old city noise. It has easy access to buses, subway (Filipinas or Canal) and not very far of 2 Railway Stations (Nuevos Ministerios and Principe Pio) It is at 20 minutes walking distance from Plaza de España and other old town areas where you can go either in a few minutes by bus or subway. On the other hand, it is 200 metres far of Parque de Santander, an ideal park for children. Restaurants, shops, market, supermarkets and parking are within walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. It features central heating air conditioning and 4 balconies.

  • The rate to be applied will take into account the number of persons and the number of nights and is a decreasing one (more nights &/or more persons = lower average price). The rate announced is for 7 nights and 2 persons. You must add or deduct 80, 90 100 or 110 euros per incremental night (depending on the season) as well as 15-30 euros per night and per each additional guest. In Christmas the minimum period to be charged is 5 nights. In other seasons, the minimum period to be charged is 4 nights.
  • There is a 150 euros damage deposit to be returned when you leave the apartment (this damage deposit will be used to pay eventual damages to the apartment, to the amenities or to pay extra-cleaning if necessary).
  • The time for check-in is at your convenience from 13:00 hours. Check-out time is 11:00 hours but if there are not other clients arriving the same day or they are arriving late in the afternoon or in the evening, you can leave later. Please ask to the landlord at your arrival if you are interested in leaving after 11:00 hours. If your actual arrival time to the apartment is from 22:00 to 8:00 hours you must pay a 30 euros supplement.

Guest Book Dear Javier and Josefina, I wanted to write to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in Madrid, in your beautiful apartment. Everything went according to plan and we had a great time. We took taxis around as you recommended and it was on our very last trip back that the driver finally understood my pronunciation of Cea Bermudis, without looking at it in writing! I was very pleased with myself. The apartment's location was excellent and we found the local tapas bar around the corner as a daily visit.
