On the popular US 27 within a few minutes of Restaurants, Shopping and Golf and 5 minutes from the I-4 which takes you straight to either East (Cocoa Beach) or West (Tampa/Naples) Coast. Several excellent Golf Courses within 5-15 minutes the nearest being Highlands Reserve, just 5 minutes away on the US 27.

  • Prices quoted are per week. Stays outside this structure will be charged by day on a pro-rata basis. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an additional charge of £50. Full rental balance is due 10 weeks before departure to Florida. A £200 security deposit per booking is also payable 10 weeks before departure. This deposit wil be returned to you within 28 days of the end of the holiday providing a satisfactory report on the villa and contents is received from the local manager. You are liable for any damage to the villa or its contents during your stay and will be charged to cover these should they occur .Check-in time at the villa is after 4.00pm. Check out time is on or before 11.00am.
  • Please note: Pool Heating is available at £60 per week or £15 per day.
