Our villa occupies a prime position overlooking the fairways of the prestigious Highland Reserve Golf and Country Club. This spacious villa (3000 sq ft) easily sleeps 10 in 5 comfortable bedrooms. Our villa will be appreciated by the discerning vacationer who demands luxurious surroundings and high standards of comfort and housekeeping. The villa is fully equipped to ensure a hassle-free vacation. Families will benefit from the close proximity of the villa to Orlando's main attractions and the family-friendly set-up of the villa. 12 minutes away from the Disney parks, and you could be enjoying a drink by our private pool while the children play in the well- equipped games room or chill out with a DVD ! Our beautiful villa is located in the much- admired Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. You will be amazed that such a peaceful spot could exist so close to all the hustle and bustle of Orlando's tourist attractions! A high quality supermarket is located a couple of mins from the villa. Good selections of places to eat out are within a 5 minute drive of Highlands Reserve. Most importantly, the wonders of Walt Disney World can be reached in less than 15 minutes. This villa truly provides the perfect combination of convenience and attractiveness of location. Highlands Reserve is situated just off US Highway 27, which is 3 miles south from US 192, the main route in to Disney World. Distances: (all approx.) Disney World - 12 minutes; Seaworld - 20 minutes; Universal Studios - 25 minutes; Supermarket/ Restaurants - 5 minutes.

Golfing at Highlands Reserve Highlands Reserve is built around an 18 hole PGA Championship (Par 72) golf course. The course is tough but enjoyable and features 120 ft of elevation changes which makes it one of the few 'hilly' courses in the area. Highlands Reserve is known for its open fairways and large greens, but the double- and triple- tiered greens make putting a real challenge! It is 6674 yards from the Black tees, 6610 from the Gold tees, and 5618 from the Green tees. There is a driving range, putting green, and sand trap and chipping areas. The clubhouse offers cart and club hire, pro shop and bar. Golf carts are mandatory and only soft spikes are permitted.

Did you know? Did you know that many villas offered for rental in Orlando are packed tightly together with one villas' pool overlooking its neighbours' at close proximity? Hardly the ideal view while you sunbathe or dine al-fresco!
