Our penthouse apartment is located on the 2nd upper floor and has a stunning lake view. This apartment has about 170 m2 of living space, two bathrooms, a guest WC, 4 bedrooms and a cot, large open living-, dining- and kitchen area in Mediterranean style. The apartment is in a two-story construction and has a large sun terrace with a stunning lake and alp view. There are multiple TVs, radio, DVD and internet access (free) through cable or WLAN. This apartment is particularly ideal for large families or for larger groups that are looking for something special. Kitchen has a dishwasher, range, oven, fridge and freezer, etc. The equipment is high-quality, the bathrooms with shower and corner bathtub, etc., everything is the best of the best! There is also a beer garden available, you can also grill, etc. Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed!

Notes:

Luxurious holiday apartment with a stunning view of Lake Constance and the alps. Southwest location. Apartment was built in 2000 with heated flooring. Ideal for larger groups or large families! During the peak season from April to the middle of September with breakfast, during the shoulder season without breakfast! The breakfast is served on the ground floor in our breakfast room from 8:30 - 10:30. With nice weather, it is servced in the beer garden with a view of the orchard and the molasses fields. The apartment is located on the 2nd upper floor, thus not ideal for those whore are handicapped. We would be happy to book guided personal Lake Constance tours with us, or you can go on motorboat tours with us, or simply be amazed by the sunset with a glass of wine. Let us know your wishes, we will take care of the rest!

Guesthouse 'zum Felsen' Please observe that our guesthouse is guided as a breakfast pension. For larger groups, we can also arrange for an offer with a BBQ night or half board. Our cocktail bar 'Felsenkeller' is open exclusively during the summer months of July and August, always on Fridays after 19:00. You can also book personally guided hikes along Lake Constance, please let us know your wishes. Starting in June 2010, you can go on excursions on Lake Constance with us on our motorboat. Whether swimming, water skiing or simply unwinding with a glass of wine during the sunset - we are there for you!
