  • The price includes the following additional services:
    Pool service, lawn service, waste disposal, water, air conditioning, towels, bedsheets and high speed internet access with WLAN,
    Telephone fees in the USA, Canada and 21 other countries (including UK) except for European cell phone networks and special numbers.
    Electricity up to $35.00 per week (more consumption is charged from the security deposit at US $0.12/kWh).
  • Terms of payment:
    Short time rentals up to 3 weeks: with the booking reservation, a fee of € 400 is due, which will be used as the security deposit; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
    Long term rentals for 4 weeks or more: with the booking reservation, a deposit of 20% is due, from which $ 500 will be used as a security deposit; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
    For last minute bookings, that means within 30 days before your arrival, the entire rental price plus the security deposit is due immediately. Cancellation: cancellation fees, up to 60 days before arrival 10 % of the total price, 59-30 days before arrival 30 %, 29-22 days before arrival 60 %, 21 days or less before arrival 80% of the rental price. We recommend taking out a trip cancellation insurance.

Information for boaters You can also rent a boat separately (minimum age 21 years). A boating license is not required in Florida! Your holiday will be perfect with a motorboat. Ask us. Motor boats (18' to 28') can be reserved or rented through us. We recommend making a reservation if you plan to use it. Rental prices per week from $750 to $1700 plus directions ($125), final cleaning ($25) and security deposit ($500). There is a surcharge during the holiday like Easter, Pentecost and Christmas. All of the prices here have an additional 6% Florida tax (sales tax). The security deposit is to be paid to our manager on arrival.

Cape Coral - valuable information A paradise for sun lovers, water sport enthusiasts, fishers and golfers. There are countless tennis courts and golf courses in and around Cape Coral. Florida is recommended during all seasons thanks to its mild, sub-tropic climate. During the spring, fall and winter the temperatures are between about 20-30ºC, during the summer about 30-35ºC. The water in the Gulf of Mexico is rarely cooler than 20ºC and often reaches temperatures of up to 34ºC during the summer. All imaginable tropical plants grow and bloom in Cape Coral thanks to the sub-tropic climate. Shopping around the clock - there are shopping centres and supermarkets in the entire city that provide for this. Restaurants and bars for all tastes and friendly service can be found everywhere. The crime rate in Cape Coral is one of the lowest in all comparable cities in the USA, which adds considerably to the quality of life.

Excursion tips Sun Splash Water Park in Cape Coral with large water slides. 15 minutes away Edison / Ford Winter Estates (museum) in Fort Myers. 15 minutes away Miromar Outlets Shopping until your credit card is maxed. Over 120 brand name stores (Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Reebok, Levis, etc.) direct sales 30 min. J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island 30 minutes. Babcock Wilderness Adventures in Punta Gorda. Here you can go on swamp buggies through the wilderness. 30 minutes. The Everglades - a national park where you can observe rare plants and animals, 60 min. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an amusement park and the small alternative to the Disney Parks. 2 hours. Miami Beach is worth seeing and can be reached in about 2.5 hours. The parks in Orlando like the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World are very popular and can be reached in about a 3-hour drive. Cape Canaveral, can be reached in 4 hours.
