Charming, 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath home. Located in "old town" area on one of the highest areas of Port Aransas. 5 minute walk from beach.
Decorated in Mexico/beach furnishing. Fully landscaped tropical plants. Restored hardwood floors, retro-50's kitchen fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, etc. T/V stereo in living room.
Comfortable picnic area/decks in back yard with BBQ pits. Additional hot/cold shower in back yard as well as shower by front porch for after beach "rinse off". Very colorful and festive, bedrooms with pillow top mattresses, master has a king bed, double beds in the other 2 bedrooms.
Back gate in rear fence leads to five great restaurants, all within walking distance of 1/2 block. You can hear the sound of the gulf waves from the front porch. Come relax here!
3 night minimum on all major holidays
7th night free excluding July.

To book your reservation a 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30 days payment in full is due at the time of booking.
