We have updated this great 1 bdrm/1 bath beach house - and this quaint downstairs beach cottage is best of all - it sleeps 4 and is right ON THE BEACH! This handicap friendly 1 bdrm/1 bath cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, walk-in shower, queen bed, sleeper sofa, cozy furnishings, private covered patio, central air, charcoal grill, and extra outside hot & cold showers to wash off the sand. TV + cable in unit. Pets and smoking okay. If this one is booked - look at renting "Driftwood" or "Outlook" - they are on the same sand dune ! Hurry - these book up by March for summer season.
High Season: May 17 - September 7th $200 per night
Mid Season: September 8th - October 31st & March 1st - May $165 per night
Low Season: November 1st - February 28th $140 per night
To book your reservation a 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30 days payment in full is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 91 days or more are subject to a full refund minus a $ 25.00 cancellation fee.
