Vacations are for relaxing, and you will enjoy this 1 bdrm/1.5 bathroom upstairs cottage (sleeps 8). Whether you want to hear the sound of the ocean or enjoy the panoramic ocean view, this property will keep you coming back year after year.
Amenities include fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, modern appliances, comfortable furniture, central air, all linens and towels provided. Charcoal grill provided. Bring your hammock for the deck ! You can also shower off the beach sand in the extra hot and cold outside shower. Bedding: 2 queen beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas. Pets and smoking okay. If this is booked - look at Seashell and Driftwood located on same property !
3 night minimum on all major holidays
To book your reservation a 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30 days payment in full is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 91 days or more are subject to a full refund minus a $ 25.00 cancellation fee.
