2nd floor:queen bedroom, living/dining/kitchen combined with sleeper sofa, 32' tv, sound system, private patio, 1 bath
3rd floor:loft with sleeper sofa, tv, dvd. has limited views of gulf. ceiling fans throughout
Gas grill is located right behind the house outside the community pool.
Small dogs allowed (with pet deposit).
