Duncans villa Rental Property Information

Sand Dollar is a 5 bedroom villa is located in the lovely private beach community of Silver Sands, approximately 45 minutes from the Montego Bay airport. The 6000 sq. ft. villa is newly renovated and is just a short walk from the gorgeous Silver Sands beach. Airy and bright with a warm tropical feel, Sand Dollar is the perfect vacation villa.

The large living room has high ceilings and two stories of glass windows giving an outdoor atrium feel. Comfortable contemporary sofas and arm chairs complete this seating area. The living room opens to the indoor formal dining room with a Jamaican mahogany table and chairs, original art work and classical oriental carpet. The dining room opens to the outdoors through large french doors. This level also has a TV room with large screen cable TV. There are also two queen bedroom on the first floor.

The second level has the master bedroom and two other bedrooms. There is a large sitting area opening onto an out door terrace overlooking the pool. The outdoor terrace has upolstered mahagony chairs

Bedroom Configuration:
All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

-Master Bedroom located on the second floor has a four poster mahagony king-size bed, spectacular full en-suite bathroom with spa tub and separate shower, walk in closets and adjoining seating area.
-Bedroom #2 on the second floor has two double beds, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combo. This room is perfect for children.
-Bedroom #3 on the second floor this bedroom has a four poster queen bed and tub and shower combo.
-Bedroom #4 on the ground level this bedroom has a four poster queen bed and tub and shower combo.
-Bedroom #5 also on the ground level this bedroom has a four poster queen bed and separate spa bathtub and walk in shower.

Outdoors the villa has a large deck area with comfortable lounge chairs, BBQ, wet bar, gazebo and a 12 x 30 foot fresh water pool.

The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper and gardener.
