Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The prices are for a booking with 2 people per week (plus 11% Florida tax), each extra person is charged with € 10 per night.
    We have a heart for children - 2 children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge, 2 children up to 12 years of age get a 50% discount.
    During the seasonal times like Christmas and Easter, there is a fee of 10%.
    The costs for final cleaning in the amount of US $ 130.00 are to be paid on-site, but can also be transferred with the rest of the payment. The security deposit is € 350.00.
    Long-term rental price for 3 or more weeks and last minute offers on request.
    On request, we can additionally book cleanings during your stay.
  • Our rental price is a complete price without hidden extra costs and includes, among other things, house instruction and care through the house owner on site, electricity (up to $35 per week, more consumption is charged with 0.12 USD) and water consumption is completely free, telephone in regional area (local calls), internet access through WiFi (high speed), trash fees, gas consumption (outdoor grill), pool service and garden care, pool heating, bed sheets, towels are completely free.
    For our guests we have 2 bikes and a kayak for 2 people and a navigation device for your rental car - free of charge.
  • Terms of payment: with the booking confirmation upon completion of the contract, a pre-payment of 20% of the total price is due, the rest of the payment is due at latest 6 weeks before arrival. For short-term bookings, thus, made 30 days before your arrival, the entire rental price is due immediately. The security deposit is € 350 and should be paid together with the rest of the payment. The security deposit will be given back at latest one week after your departure completely if there are no damages. *For cancellations, the following conditions apply: up to 45 days before your rental begin 10% of the rental price, 44 to 30 days before arrival 30% of the rental price, 29 to 22 days before rental 60% of the rental price, 21 to 8 days before rental 80% of the rental price, 8 or less days before the beginning of your rental 100% of the rental price. Therefore, we recommend taking out a rental insurance.

  • The master bathroom is very spaciously designed with two wash tables, the large bathtub is centrally located in the room and the shower can be entered from two sides, it is very spacious. The toilet is in a separate room. The second bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub, shower and toilets. Enough bath and beach towels are provided. A hair dryer is available.

  • Enjoy the nondescript climate in the Villa Margarita. During the spring in 2009, the house was painted newly inside and outside, new carpet floors were laid and we have completely refurnished and equipped the villa so that you don't only have the feeling of cleanliness and freshness, but you can really see it. The large master bedroom offers enough space to set up a single bed or a crib, the spacious bathroom is adjacent. Both of the smaller bedrooms are located on the other side of the house and surround the second bathroom, which is between them. There are enough bed sheets available to change.

By the pool you will find complete furnishing (table, 6 chairs, 4 loungers) and a luxurious gas grill. In the separate wash room you will find a 12l washing machine with a dryer. Ironing board and iron are also available. In order to orient yourself better with your car, we have a navigation system where all notable shopping facilities and restaurants are saved. Athletic activities on site For fishers, the water canal is very popular and thus, our wood patio on the river is ideal for all fishers. For those who are athletic, there is a kayak for 2 people and 2 bikes that can be used free of charge. The heated pool has a length of 12 m, thus, ideal for those who enjoy swimming. Those who love the sun can find a spot by the pool or the famous wood dock with a light breeze and enjoy the sun. You will forget everyday stress and be able to relax with the unbelievable silence. Do you want to be more active? Diving, swimming, sailing, horseback riding, surfing, water skiing, paragliding, tennis, golf and golf again! More than 40 parks and lakes invite you to have a picnic and relax. In Matlache, Pineland Marina and 4 Winds Marina in Bookelia you can rent boats and ponton boats on a daily basis. Those who prefer to be driven can enjoy daily organized boat tours to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key and Boca Grande.

Excursion tips Sun Splash Water Park in Cape Coral with a large water slide, 15 minutes away. Edison / Ford winter estates (museum) in Fort Myers, 15 minutes away. Miromar Outlets, shopping until your credit cards are full. More than 120 brands (Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilifiger, Calvin Klein, Reebok, Levis, etc.) Direct sales 30 minutes away, J.N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island, 30 minutes. Babcock Wilderness Adventures in Punta Gorda. Here there are swamp buggies in the middle of the wilderness 30 minutes. The Everglades is a national park where you can see rare plants and animals, 60 minutes. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an amusement park and the small alternative to the Disney Parks, 2 hours away. Miami Beach is worth seeing and can be reached in 2.5 hours. The parks in Orlando like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World are very popular and can be reached within about 3 hours. Cape Canaveral can be reached in 4 hours.

Simple arrival from Germany / rental car: Simple arrival! Flights from Germany (LTU/Air Berlin from Dusseldorf and Munich, Condor from Frankfurt) 8-9 hours non-stop, ideal to Ft. Myers (only a 30 minute drive to the house). Rental car directly from the airport!!! In Fort Myers an airport shuttle is no longer necessary! Alternative arrival: flight to Miami (about 2.5 hour drive to the house) or Orlando (3:20 hour drive to the house). We recommend booking a rental car while you are in Germany, for example, to ADAC, online under www.mietwagen-in-florida.de or in the travel bureau. In order to get a rental car - even if it was booked in Germany - a credit card is required.

Skiing Information: Information for boaters: you have the option of a separate boat rental (minimum age 21 years). A boat license is not required in Florida! With a motorboat, your holiday will be perfect. Ask us. Motorboats (18 to 28 feet) can be reserved and rented by us. If needed, we recommend a reservation. Rental prices per week from $ 750 to $ 1,700 plus instruction ($ 125), final cleaning ($ 25) and security deposit ($ 500). During the holidays like Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, the landlord reserves the right to charge a fee. All of the prices named are to be understood plus 6% Florida tax (sales tax). The security deposit is to be paid to our manager upon arrival.

Golf Information: In Cape Coral and the surrounding area, there are a few of the most demanding golf courses in Florida. Players of all handicaps can enjoy rounds of golf on 'top rated championship courses'.
