Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The rental costs do not include final cleaning. The cost for this is € 45. Bedsheets and towels are included in the price. In order to execute cleaning, it is necessary that the apartment is free after 11:00 on the day of your departure, please arrive first after 15:00. The key changeover occurs personally. However, should your arrival be late, the keys may be stored directly at the house. The landlord lives in the city and is available at all times for possible questions or problems.
  • High chair and crib can be provided free of charge on request. Of course, pets can be brought along. During the peak season (June-July-August), we rent only from Saturday to Saturday. We are flexible during the rest of the months. The house is rented for at least 7 days.
  • During the winter, heating costs are charged separately. Those are relatively low since the house is equipped with 3 pellet stoves. The average price pellet price (15 kg per bag) is between € 3.50 to € 4.00. Sufficient pellet bags are always available, they are billed according to consumption.

Location In the bottom of the valley along the left shore of the river and above the national street to Ormea-Garessio-Ceva you will find Olivastri, shortly before the estuary to the Rio Maddalena, which flows off into the Monte Aquarone. A peaceful and romantic location and yet all shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes. Very ideal for relaxing walks. A list of destinations, restaurants, markets, shopping facilities, beaches, etc. is available in the house.

Excursions The flower riviera offers change for young and old. Aquarium and shipping museum in Genoa, Hanbury garden, Vele d'Epoca in Imperia, golf courses, caves of Toirano, museums, collections, churches, art village Busanna Vecchia, weekly and flea markets, formula 1 in Monaco, sight-seeing excursions, wine tests in Piemont, San Remo music festival, casino in Monaco and San Remo, dances in Ligurian villages, mega discos. Film festival in Cannes, firework world cup in San Remo, whale watching, Rally Monte Carlo. Culinary paradise Ligurian cuisine is formed by the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, the Alps and the Apennines. Due to the close proximity to France, there was often an exchange of delicacies.
