Short-term rentals up to 3 weeks: with the booking confirmation, a pre-payment of $ 500 is due, which will be used as the security deposit; the total of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
Long-term rentals of 4 weeks and more: with the booking confirmation, a pre-payment of 20% is due, of which $ 500 will be used as the security deposit; the rest of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
For short-term bookings, thus, within 30 days of your rental begin, the total rental price plus security deposit is due immediately. Information for boaters You have the option of separately renting a boat (minimum age of 21 years). A boat license is not required in Florida! With a motorboat, your vacation will be perfect. Ask us. Motor speedboats (18' to 28') can be reserved and rented through us. If needed, we can recommend a reservation. Rental prices per week from $ 750 to $ 1700 plus instruction ($ 125), final cleaning ($ 25) and security deposit ($ 500). During the holidays like Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, there is a surcharge. All of the prices listed must have 6% Florida tax (sales tax) added. The security deposit is to be paid to our management upon rental.
Cape Coral - interesting facts A paradise for sun lovers, water enthusiasts, fishers and golfers. Countless tennis and golf courses are located in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. Florida is recommended during all seasons due to its mild, sub-tropic climate. During the spring, fall and winter, the temperatures are about 20-30°C, during the summer about 30-35°C. The water in the Gulf of Mexico is seldom cooler than 20°C and during the summer, it often reaches temperatures of up to 34°C. In Cape Coral, there are all types of tropical plants growing due to the sub-tropic climate, which bloom throughout the year. Shopping around the clock - the shopping centers and supermarkets in the entire city area provide for this. Restaurants and bars for every taste and friendly service can be found everywhere. Good doctors and a modern hospital are available in Cape Coral. The parks in Orlando like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World are very popular and can be reached within a 3 hour drive. Cape Canaveral, can be reached in 4 hours.
