The 2 spacious apartments can also be booked together. They then have a total floor space of 250 m², 7 bedrooms for up to 14 persons, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and two adjacent patios. You rarely find such a roomy accomodation of this quality and equipment. The combined apartments are ideal for chummy families travelling together or groups of people. Details about the two apartments you find in the respective descriptions. We recommend timely reservation. Both apartments for themselves will have a very high utilisation, free weeks are unlikely to be available for short term booking. The apartments have separate entrances. Over the pation on can enter the other apartment in about 10m distance.

  • Long stay discount: for bookings of 2 weeks or more Saturday/Saturday we grant 5% discount.
  • Price calculation is different for bookings of single apartment, see there. From summer 2010 we will have another large apertment with 10 beds and sauna. We will then be able to welcome groups with u to 24 perople.

Try us, our recommendations are non-committal. Our foreign guests use the mill as a restorative centre and base for excursions in a wider circle. Day trips to Cologne are popular, to visit the Dom ( Cathedral ), zoo or the multitude of museums, ranging from historic collections like the Roman Germanic Museum to modern art collections like Museum Ludwig. Frankfurt is another frequent destination, with the Senckenberg Museum ( Natural History Museum ), zoo and Palmengarten.

Skiing Information: Are you interested in winter sports? You can get it all in the area, from many downhill slopes to hundreds of miles of cross country ski trails, ice skating, whatever you like.

Golf Information: Only 3km from the mill construction of Sassenhausen golf course has started in June 2009. In September the driving range will be opened. In the next few months initially a short course with 6 holes is to be completed.
