Fethiye - Olu Deniz area villa Rental Property Information

This stunning luxury villa is set in a fabulous location offering spectacular views and only 2km from the beautiful beach of Oludeniz and walking distance to Hisaronu centre. The Villa has been beautifully furnished, and is extremely comfortable, airy and spacious. The terraces have sun throughout the day and due to its elevated position has cooling sea breezes. All bedrooms have balconies with stunning views. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6) all with air-conditioning. 1 bedroom has a double bed, 2 and 3 have two single beds in each which can be made into doubles. The Kitchen is very spacious with a table to seat 8 comfortably. Enjoy drinks by the large pool (60sqm), dine Al Fresco under the covered terrace, or just relax and watch the changing scenery and stunning sunsets. Read full description to appreciate this villa. We have just completed a very successful first year with all but one week sold, with a number of guests enquiry about returning next year in 2007.

Oludeniz is famed for its breathtaking scenery, a beautiful sandy beach in a cove of turquoise sea otherwise known as the blue lagoon, with magnificent pine-clad hills as a backdrop. The area is a conservation area of natural beauty. In Hisaronu there is a good choice of restaurants with a strong international theme, along with a wide selection of Cafes, bars and shops. Sailing is also enormously popular in Turkey steady force 3or 4 winds make Fethiye Bay the perfect resort. You can charter a yacht with or without crew or hop on one of the many boat trips that depart from here. The average temperature in summer is 30o/c. The cool breezes off the sea and the mountain air make the hot summer months very comfortable. The sea temperature is never below 17o/c and average temperature in summer is 23o/c. In recent years the winner of a best beach in the world survey in the Sunday Times, Patara Beach 50km from Fethiye. Eighteen kilometres of soft white sand, backed by majestic dunes.

For bookings £100 returnable breakage deposit is payable with final balance and returned within 1 week of your return (subject to breakages). In case of non insurable cancellation the deposit will be returned if the villa is re-rented.

On the ground floor is a spacious open plan lounge with a lovely fireplace and 3 comfy sofas one being a sofa bed. A large patio doors leading onto the large terrace with the most amazing views, and marble table and chairs. The Kitchen has marble worktops and is very well equipped with a large dining table. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms all decorated to a high standard 2 with large fitted wardrobes .We have left a mobile phone with all relevant phone numbers at the villa, and a detailed information pack with local maps and tourist information books. We can also offer for the villa to be catered for you either full or half board.

Further Details for the villa in Turkey

Transfer from Dalaman Airport to the villa This is available from £30 each way for a party of 4. The villa is central to the beach resort of Olu Deniz, easy reach to Fethiye and 10mins walk to Hisaronu. Stop a mini bus called Dolmus, which run constantly to the beach from near the villa just hold out your hand to stop the bus any where along the main road it is only 5 minutes drive to the beach. Use any of the beautiful beaches, the private beach has use of free sun loungers and is a safe place for children with calm, shallow water and lots to do from table tennis, massages, play areas. We can arrange for a car to be brought to the villa for rental for some or all your holiday and picked up from your villa from £20.per day.

Guest Book I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Turkey this year. It was our first experience of Turkey and I think it fair to say that we've fallen in love with the place. The scenery is stunning (I'd no idea how mountainous the place was), the people friendly and helpful, beautiful and clean sea and steeped in history. The highlights in no particular order were as follows:- * Your villa - absolutely lovely and obviously well looked after; * The pool - well used in the heat (mid 40 to low 50's for most of the time); * The view - spectacular; * Hassan (the pool guy) and Ahmet (Activities Unlimited) did everything they could to make our holiday enjoyable; * The Blue Lagoon - as beautiful as the guide books make out; * Ephesus and Pammukale - well worth the long journey and stifling heat. We'd have no hesitation in recommending the area (and in particular your villa) to friends.
