Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 5% Discount for reservations exceeding two weeks.
    During the main season (july and august) it is only possible to rent our accomodation from saturday to saturday or sunday to sunday.
    During the low season it is also possible to rent our accomodation for a shorter periode of time than one week.
    All prices exclude one-time fee for final cleaning (20 € each accomodation).
  • Bed and Bath linen are not included. We kindly ask to our customers to bring their own.
    We also ask for a cautional deposit of 50euro at arrival that will be given back to the customers at departue.
  • We consign the key of the apartments at least within 17.30 in the afternoon.
    We ask, at the departure date, to leave the apartment at least at 10.00 in the morning

Offer of sports Our little paradise on earth boasts a wide variety of touristic, natural and cultural attractions. An excursion by walking or on a mountain bike or Quad in the nearby “Foresta Umbra”, for example,or a peaceful horse riding among vineyard, ancient olive trees and pine forests, out of the beaten tracks, reaching the “Masserie” (traditional farms), a still active peasant culture. A cruise on a Hydrofoil to the famous Tremiti islands or a night spent beneath the starry vault of heaven, fishing on a “Trabucco”, ancient fishing structures, characteristic from Gargano, that survived centuries of exposure to the sea. A lesson of Windsurf or Kitesurf at the Gargano Surf & Kite Center, trying to surf our crystalline sea, stroked by a gentle wind.

Vacation in the middle of the nature. You can participate at a professional guide tour to explore the Gargano National Park or discover the beautiful sourounding along the garganic coast by motorboat, enjoy a trip to the Tremiti Islands by hydrofoil, take part in an exciting excursion by jeep, quad or mountainbike in the enormous forest 'Umbra'. Here you can relax yourself during lunch at an old farm and be witness of real rural culture.

culinary cuisine Taste our home made virgin olive oil or wine and acquire if required. Both producted stictly on the traditional and absolutly biological way.
