Our newly remodeled villa is decorated in Italian style and has three bedrooms (2 King and 1 twin room) two bathrooms with capacity of 6 persons maximum. There is a pool lounge area with separate dining table. The kitchen also has a special designed bar island and separate breakfast dining area. We have a 28ft pool and separate Scandinavian style SPA (Jacuzzi) on the pool deck. The garden is landscaped with coconut palm trees overlooking our own private boot dock. The pool and dock area are facing south. You can enjoy the sun all day from sunrise to sunset. The ultimate advantage of our location is the direct access to the Caloosahatchee waterways. Within only 3 minutes by boat you’ll reach the high-speed areas on Caloosahatchee bay.
