The property is located on one of the most beautiful private properties in the region with 2 direct entrances to the beach and a small bay. It is hard to find a better location for 'water rats' - not only in this region. Fall asleep and wake up with a view of the sea and hear the sound of the waves before your door! One shower bathroom, one open living/bedroom with a kitchenette, large communal pool, private garden with old, shady pine trees. Air conditioning with water cooling and ionizer, satellite, TV. In the kitchen you will find a double induction stove and a CycloJet ventilation grill for nice baking, frying and grilling. There are also enough dishes/porcelain available for self-catering. In the bathroom you will find towels, as well as a mini washer with a spin drive for your vacation clothes. Change of bed sheets and towels will occur according to (your) needs.

The property is located close to the E 55 between Kalo Nero and Kiparissia. You can arrive from Patras (harbor 150 km) or Kalamata airport (60 km) or Araxos airport (130 km) to Athens about 300 km through Tripolis, Korinth about 160 km. Upon request, we can organize a transfer for you for a fee. Nearby you will find small localities and charming villages. Supermarkets and boutiques in Kiparissia or in Kalamata 60 km (regional capital of Messinias) or Pyrgos 50 km (regional capital of Ilias) invite you to go shopping. At the markets you will find fresh fruit and vegetables. Travel guides and dictionaries are available on site, furthermore, we are always your contact.
