Shopping facilities at PUBLIX and WAL MART are close by. If golf is your thing, 11 public courses are within 30 miles of Hamption Lakes and one, Highlands Reserve Golf Course, is a mere 10 minutes away. You can be at the famous Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando attractions in only 10-15 minutes by car.

HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL FLORIDA HOME POOLS TAKE APPROX 2 DAYS TO HEAT UP TO CAPACITY.
    Please also be aware that in Florida's winter months, the temperature on occasions can be in the 30's and 40's Fahrenheit. Electric pool heaters ( exchangers ) will not operate below 52 degrees F and the pool heater is rendered ineffective, and which the management company could not assist with. The owners would not be responsible in this situation.
  • Please note: Rentals of less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning cost of GB£40.00 / US$75.00.
