Notes:

There is a large American grill on the patio. The house has its own dock with a boat lift. Passionate fishers will value the rich population of fish in the salt water lake. Without setting a foot out outside of the vacation residence, you can go fishing for tropical fish. Of course, you can also enjoy a sunset on the dock and watch the dolphins and manatees. The boat can also be rented without a boating license. We can offer it for a net cost of 700 US-dollars per week (+ 6 % tax) plus a fee of $100 for instruction/cleaning. You will get a 7m long Hurricane Sundeck 237 w. 200 PS strong motor, depth recorder, GPS navigation system. For comparison: a boat rental at a local store for a comparable boat without GPS costs at least 1200 US dollar per week plus tax.
