Apartments 1 and 2 are identical and consist of a living/bedroom with a large bathroom and are each 45 m2. You will like the clear, sunny rooms and they are ideal for 2 adults with a small child. The exclusive furniture is from well-known manufacturers (Eichholtz, Schubert Varia) and is in an exclusive, modern country house style. The hand-made canopy bed has beautiful bed sheets and is located aside from the dining-living area. The small, hand-made kitchenette (for example ceramic counter tops, refrigerator, etc.) is very well equipped and a large dining table made of old teak wood invites you to drink and eat. The rooms are equipped with digital TV/radio and have internet access DSl WLAN. The apartments are equipped with historical, preserved windows and doors. Both apartments have a small patio with teak furniture.

The 18 hole course from the golf club Groß Kienitz e.V. was opened in 1999. The young course is known for its old trees and its large water areas. There is also a public 9 hole course for beginners. The Berlin Golf and Country Club Motzener See e.V., the golf paradise, is located about 15 km away. It is embedded in a soft, hilly landscape surrounded by coniferous forests and a natural lake landscape. The best golf and wellness resort in Germany. There are a few golf resorts in the world, but not many in Europe. The Sporting Club Berlin is unique due to its combination of golf courses.
