It has a living area of 130 sq metres (427 sq feet) plus a terrace, a small sight-protected garden, a balcony on the upper floor, and is completely furnished for 5 persons. In addition two fold-up beds are available. The spacious, nicely furnished living and dining room is equipped with sky TV, DVD player and free broad-band internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave oven. On the upper floor are three bedrooms and the bathroom with a window, a bathtub with shower, a washbasin, bidet and WC. The spacious master bedroom with king-size bed is furnished very comfortably. The adjoining balcony with view of the mountains faces south and invites to bask in the sun or simply relax outdoor. It is also fitted with an electric powered roll out canopy. The larger one of the two smaller bedrooms is furnished with two single beds and a spacious writing desk. Bedding, hand- and bath-towels are at your disposal.

'Haus Terber' is located in a prime residential area, Salzburg Parsch, at the end of a cul-de-sac and at the foot of the Gaisberg mountain. The house is very well located for you to explore the 'Old Picturesque Medieval Town'. Within a few minutes' walk you reach the main road; the bus number 6 takes you in 20 minutes directly and without changing to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). There are only 6 stops (8 minutes) into the centre of the world cultural heritage town. From there almost all important sights can be reached on foot. Besides, with its extensive meadows, parks and woods the area presents a relaxing change from everyday life and invites you to pleasant walks and hikes. The location of the house is very advantageous as an ideal departure point to explore Salzburg's historic old town or to travel to the nearby lake-district and skiing areas.
