Brief description: This three bedroom, two bath, 1400 square foot home sits on 20 very private acres of meadows and large cottonwood groves. A short walk through the property takes you to the Gallatin River which borders the east end of the property. The house has an open design with large windows to take in the peaceful surroundings, wildlife and a view of the Bridger Mountains in the distance.
General location: The home is located about 10 miles from downtown Bozeman. Bozeman?s Gallatin Field airport is about a 20 minute drive from the home.

Bedrooms/bathrooms: The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large bathroom with a walk-in ceramic tile shower and a big walk-in closet. The large corner windows let in the morning sun and look out to the peaceful cottonwood filled acreage. The second bedroom has a double bed. The small 3rd bedroom has a twin bed. There is a twin size pull out sofa in the living room. The 2nd full bath has a tub/shower combination.

Kitchen: The bright, airy kitchen has a big countertop and appliances that include a dishwasher, microwave, electric range and a refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and serving ware you will need including a CrockPot, coffee maker, and electric griddle.

Living/dining room: The living and dining area has large corner windows to let in the view. There is a TV, VCR/DVD, and satellite service, and a small stereo system. The dining room has a large table that will seat six comfortably.

Outdoor amenities: The large deck, equipped with a table with umbrella and chairs, is a great place to enjoy the privacy of 20 acre property. There are two large chaise lounges and a Weber gas barbecue grill. A path will lead you on a quick five minute walk to the river?s edge.

Services available: The rental rate includes a weekly cleaning. Additional housekeeping and catering services can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

Activities nearby: From this convenient spot, enjoy fishing, hiking, white-water rafting, horseback riding, golf, skiing at two local resorts and visits to Yellowstone National Park. There is so much to do!

Closest airport: Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport is about a 20-minute drive from the home.

Other details: No smoking in the house. No pets are allowed in the house or on the property without prior written approval from Mountain Home. There is a private phone and a laundry room with washer and dryer. It is very rare for a Montana home to be built with air conditioning; this home does not have AC. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens and staples like paper goods and laundry, dish and hand soaps.
