Cannes apartment Rental Property Information
Our apartment is located on the world famous La Croisette, n° 65, in the beachfront Palais Miramar. It is spacey, quiet and very comfortable. The 'Palais Miramar' was formerly a famous art deco palace: it has been sold in apartments after word war II; its huge marble lobby is still classified as an historic landmark. The co-ownership has also maintained its tradition of a reception service 24 hours a day, providing absolute security. There are 2 elevators. The Palais Miramar is located in between the Carlton Hotel and the Martinez Hotel and is a 5 minutes walk to the Festival Hall. It has been entirely furnished and decorated in a very romantic style of Provence; the pastel colours will provide you a feeling of tranquillity. You will also enjoy the Jacuzzi bath which is so relaxing. We enjoy respectful tenants very much. Vacations here are very nice at any time.

Surroundings of the Miramar are gorgeous! You will enjoy life on La Croisette as soon as you will go out of the Miramar: it is a mix of sophistication and nature, a world class shopping with the most famous international brands all along La Croisette, a wonderful view on the bay of Cannes with so many beautiful yachts, beaches with restaurants and snacks ‘les pieds dans l`eau’, cafés and terraces, nightlife and casinos. All facing the beautiful blue and scintillating Mediterranean. The also famous shopping street `rue d`Antibes` is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Port Canto where the most beautiful yachts are moored is a 5 minutes walk from the Miramar. Shopping: all along the 2 km of La Croisette / Rue d'Antibes: 150 m, Supermarket Casino: 200 m from the Miramar. 3 grocery shops very closed from the Miramar Forville Market: bets prices, you will remember the gorgeous fruits, vegetables, flowers, fishes and breads.

- The apartment is spacey (213 square feet with a 12,5 feet high ceiling) and has been arranged for 4 persons maxi to provide great comfort and privacy, it is perfect for careful tenants. The apartment has 2 entrance halls, a bedroom with a two twin beds usually bounded together as a king size bed, a dining/living room with a bunk bed, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 separated toilets and numerous cupboards and armoires. For more privacy, the glass doors in between the sleeping room and the living room are equipped with a blind curtain material used in the movie studios because it completely prevents the light from passing. The apartment is air-conditioned with individual temperature controls in the bedroom and the living room. There is also central heating.
