* Warm and comfy two bedroom home (plus guest suite) with rugged mountain views
* Located between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park
* The home and suite have three bedrooms, one full bathroom and two half baths - approximately 1800 square feet in all.
* The home can accommodate up to six guests. Addition of the guest suite will allow up to eight guests total.

Brief Description: This two bedroom home is located on three private acres, about 20 minutes south of Livingston. The home has a beautiful and private treed yard in back, and terrific patio space with wide open mountain views out front. Larger groups may also rent the one bedroom guest suite over the workshop.

Bedrooms and baths: The home has two tastefully decorated bedrooms and one and a half baths. The master bedroom has a log frame queen bed and is on the main level of the home. There is a large bathroom with tub and shower just off the hallway from this bedroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom in the home, with two double beds. There is a half bath on the upper level of the home. For an additional $300 per week, the guest suite over the workshop is available. The suite has one double size bed, a mini-kitchenette and a half bathroom.

Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has high quality appliances and amenities. It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the patio you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoor meals.

Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a beautiful dining table for up to eight guests. There are also several barstools at the kitchen counter for chatting with the cook.

Living room, sun room and family room: The living room is off to the side of the dining room and kitchen - the open space of this home is great for gathering after your day's adventures. The furniture is situated around the fireplace for evening get togethers. The sun room is located through french doors off the dining area. Cozy leather sofas are situated to enjoy the fireplace, and the gorgeous views of the Absaroka Mountains. Upstairs in the "family room" are some deep, comfy sofas and the television with local channels and VCR and DVD player. There is also a small office area for those with work to do on vacation!

Setting, acreage, views: Mill Creek Retreat is located on three private acres. The rugged Absaroka Mountain range is nearly all you can see from the home!

Services available: The rental rate includes a weekly cleaning. Additional housekeeping, as well as catering services, and grocery shopping, can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

Activities nearby: Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing, horseback riding, rafting, golf, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston, Gardiner and Bozeman have to offer.

Closest town and airport: It's about 20 miles to Livingston and 40 miles to Gardiner. Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport is about one hour from the home.

Other details: There is a telephone at the home, and a washer and dryer for guests' use. No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval from Mountain Home. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps.
