Tenuta Serafini is a costly renovated country house with a separate in-law one-room-apartment in an extended pine grove, only 300 steps from one of the nicest sandy beaches of the region. The main house 'La Pineta' has 3 double sleeping rooms, each of them with an own bathroom, a large living room and a perfectly equipped modern kitchen with oven and dishwasher. From the covered terrace you have a lovely view over the green vineyards and the hills in the hinterland, and in the evening you can admire the breathtaking sunsets. The neighbouring Casetta 'I Cipressi', a 1-room-apartment for couples or young parents with a small child, consists of a big living/sleeping-room with an integrated modern kitchen and a bathroom. It is completely apart and has an own very nice terrace. If needed, the two units can be combined to a generous vacation villa, then with 4 sleeping rooms and 4 bathrooms.

The quiet little agglomeration of Monaco Mirante lies on the Gulf of Taranto, 3 km southeast of the beach resort and small seaport Campomarino, on the Ionian Sea. Our romantic Mediterranean garden is surrounded by a coastal landscape: dunes, beach and sea in the front, gardens, vineyards and olive groves at the back. On narrow streets winding their way through vinyards and olive trees more than a hundred years old, you can reach the typical Apulian town of Maruggio with its friendly and hospitable inhabitants in a few minutes by bicycle. Here, you find all you need for your vacation. The larger cities of Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi, all well worth a visit, are less than 1 hour by car away. Coming from the north (Rome, Napoli, Bari), you follow the Adriatic highway all the way to Taranto, then it is less than an hour to Monaco Mirante. The airports of Brindisi and Bari are about 60 or 100 mins respectively away.

We do recommend for you get your own mode of transport. We provide you with bicycles (inclusive), which are perfect for smaller tours and the daily shopping.
