Booking process 1.) Kindly note that in all flats SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. By non-observance we will cancel the contract immediately and keep the deposit!!! 2.) The first step is to send us a booking request to our e-mail adress with the following information: travel period, how many persons (kids? - age?), your address and your phone number. If you wish, we will call you back. 3.) In case we confirm your request you have to transfer a deposit of 150€ within 10 days. When we get the receipt of payment, your booking is finalized. We will confirm by email. 4.) The remaining amount is due at latest 3 weeks before your arrival. 5.) By doing a booking you agree to our general business conditions. After your first contact we will send you our personal website where you can read the 'General business conditions'.

Skiing Information: 3 skiresorts app. 70 km away. busses are going daily from the bus station, 250 m from the apartment. We are happy to help you to organise a ski-trip.

Golf Information: The Côte d'Azur is THE paradise for playing golf. If you need any information about golf, we will be happy to help you.
