The next city - Pistoia - offers a beautiful historic center, with many sights and shopping opportunities, as well as a twice weekly market, a vibrant market life with good bargains (only 8 km). A lovely zoological garden, where you can admire wild and exotic animals at close quarters lies at a distance of only 5 km.
