  • The rate is for a party of 2. Each additional person is $16.00 per night. Kids up to the age of 12 stay free. Electricity allowance is $35.00 per week overage will be charged with $0.12/KWH. The final cleaning fee is $150.00, the security deposit to be paid cash to the house manager is $500.00. There is a minimum stay of 2 weeks for X-mas and Easter and a surcharge of 10%. + 11 % Tax Included in the rent is: Local home management, lawnkeeper, pool service, cable TV and Internet (bring your own device).. Included in the rent is linen, towels, beach towels, local phone calls, high speed internet access with WLAN, pool and lawn service. Children up to 12 years stay free.
  • There is a $150.00 fee for final cleaning to be paid csh at check-in. There is an allowance of $35.00 per week for electricity, higher consumption will be charged with $0.10 per KWH and stelled with the security deposit.
  • All phone calls inside US and Canada and to landline-phones in Europe are free.

About Cape Coral Simply a paradise for suntaners, watersport lovers, fishermen and golfers. Numerous tennis courts and Golf courses are in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. Florida is superb place to stay at any season based on its mild sub tropic climate conditions. In spring, autumn and winter we have temperatures between 70 and 88 degrees, in summer between 78 and 95. The waters of the Gulf of Mexico are very rarely less than 68 and in summer it reaches even 97 degrees. In Cape Coral you see sub tropic plants and fruits growing and blooming the entire year. Shopping around the clock - this is possible throughout the city. Restaurants and bars for any preference and a superb service are everywhere. In Cape Coral you will find a good medical service and a modern hospital. The crime rate here is one of the lowest to be found in the entire US, which is an important part to comfort you here in the most valuable time of the year, -your vacation time.
