  • The weekly rate applies for one week and occupancy of 2 adults plus 11% tax. Each additional person is $ 100.00 per week. Minimum rent is one week, after one week we do prorate daily. High season surcharge 20% Christmas and Easter, minimum stay 2 weeks. Rental boats are available upon request. Included in the rent is linen, towels, beach towels, local phone calls, high speed internet access with WLAN, pool and lawn service. Children up to 12 years stay free.
  • There is a $150.00 fee for final cleaning to be paid csh at check-in. There is an allowance of $35.00 per week for electricity, higher consumption will be charged with $0.10 per KWH and stelled with the security deposit.
  • All phone calls inside US and Canada and to landline-phones in Europe are free.

Florida is superb place to stay at any season based on its mild sub tropic climate conditions. In spring, autumn and winter we have temperatures between 70 and 88 degrees, in summer between 78 and 95. The waters of the Gulf of Mexico are very rarely less than 68 and in summer it reaches even 97 degrees. In Cape Coral you see sub tropic plants and fruits growing and blooming the entire year. Shopping around the clock - this is possible throughout the city. Restaurants and bars for any preference and a superb service are everywhere. In Cape Coral you will find a good medical service and a modern hospital.
