This impressive villa constructed in 2007 stands over the small and very quiet beach of Kanouli. The house is sea facing and has an unobstructed view of the sea. In addition to the pool set in the garden, a small summer house offers a large barbeque and a shady dining place. Large terraces surround this spacious villa which is comfortably furnished and well-equipped. The wonderful house is situated at a distance of approx. 1 km from the Prassoudi-beach and approx. 200 m from the Skidi-beach. The first floor of the romantic villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, one bath with WC/WD and water massage, one bath with Jacuzzi, a large verandah providing seating place for more than 8 persons and giving a wonderful view of the sea. A large open-plan living/dining room with separate seating arrangement, a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, two 2 x single bedrooms, a bath with WC, a private pool of 66 sq. m in size and a garden with sun-lounges can be found on the ground floor.

The little beach of Kanouli is very romantically and quietly situated and is visited by only a few tourists who live in 3-4 neighboring houses. The Halikouna sandy beach is only 3 km away. You also find the unique nature reserve of Lake Korision of Corfu here. You also find the famous old castle of Gardiki near the Halikouna Beach. You find 4-5 taverns in the surroundings from Halikouna up to Prasudi, in which you can taste the various culinary specialities of the region. Moreover, the famous tourist places of Messonghi and Moraitika are at a distance of only 5 km from the Kanouli beach and are therefore in the vicinity.
