The vacation apartments in the middle of nature have a wonderful view upon the Tyrolian mountainous scenery. It is located in the picturesque Geigenbühel (skiing and hiking region). The top-address is in Seefeld. The house is located in a sunny and quiet Nature Park. The biggest advantage is that during the high season, we offer a wellness area with swimming pool in the Hotel Charlotte. There is a children playground and many open areas where you can relax, make a snowman, play football, etc. This region has many cultural attractions as well. Innsbruck with its medieval old center is very inviting, lakes and mountain tops and promenades: Seefeld offers everything! Vacation apartments in the Olympic region Seefeld! We have the best position in one of the world famous resorts, which hosted Olympic Games twice. This is Europe’s best Nordic destination, and has a large Alpine offer. The town has many shops, restaurants, bars, discos and a rustic-elegant Casino. There is a pedestrian area which invites you for a walk. The lake and its lido along a street with many bars are also ideal for walking. You also have the chance to take hiking tours with all levels of difficulty. You can easily reach the Nature Reserve Karwendel, Gaistal, Rosshütte, Innsbruck (the capital of Tyrol) with the Golden Roof and with many other places of interest. The Castles Tratzberg, Linderhof and Ambras and the open-air museum are among the numerous cultural attractions in this region. Euro 2008 also makes a stop in Innsbruck. The world wide football elite have summer camps here.

Sport informationen The country house is just a few steps from the ski slope Geigenbühel. The Rosshütte and the Gschwandkopf can be easily reached by bus (bus station 50 m from your door). The panoramic golf by Geigenbühel is just a stone’s throw away. The Golf Academy with 9 holes and pretentious golf courses can be found in Wildmoos. In Seefeld you can practice almost any sport you wish. Please contact me if you would like more information, and I can help you with the vacation planning.

Culture Tyrol has a rich history. I can give you many precious tips for cultural activities. Spend a day in the Middle Ages or in the future. Let the region surprise you. In Tyrol, you can find more than the traditional leather trousers and the smart dirndls.

Skiing Information: Seefeld is ‚the’ nordic destination in Europe! There are many hundred km of well-kept, diverse and charming cross-country skiing trails. The plateau location is great.
