The house is located in Port Charlotte on a sea–water canal (without any bridges, ideal for sailboats) with private boatdock. South oriented, full comfort and modernly furnished. Beautiful sunsets guaranteed! The hole house is tiled (small dogs are allowed). There is no pool, but therefore you have a large garden with terrace, equipped with BBQ (gas)Grill. Right behind the wide canal, the house is a few minutes drive away from the nearest Marina (boats hire available) and also a few minutes away from Peace River, the ocean and the nearby islands by boat or car. 15 minutes away, you will find the world-famous mineral–thermal springs “Warm Mineral Springs” of North Port (joint-problems). Punta Gorda is just across the bridge. 'Fisherman's Village' shopping-center offers boutiques, galleries, restaurants and music. Several attraction and trip facilities, 16 golf courses are settled in the surroundings. Ideal location for enthusiastic boaters and fishermen.

Punta Gorda has an historical center and “Fisherman’s Village” shopping and entertainment paradise. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The above mentioned rates are calculated for 3 persons. Every additional adult person will pay an extra $60/week. Children up to 12 years old are free of charges (all rates include the 11 % tax fee). Water, air-conditioning, garden maintenance, bed linens, towels, local calls, gas-grill and electricity consumption up to $20/week are included in the rental rate. Additional electricity consumption is charged $0.12 /kWh on site. Final cleaning of $150 is to be paid directly on site.
  • Terms of payment: A deposit of 30 % of the rental rate is due upon booking in order to confirm the reservation/completion of the contract. The remaining balance and a refundable deposit of $500 are required at least 6 weeks before arrival. The refundable deposit is reimbursed after inspection/end of rent if no damage has been noticed. For pets, a non-refundable deposit of $150, payable on site, is required. Any Bank charges are the tenants responsibility. We hope to see you soon!
