Seminyak villa Rental Property Information

This modern Villa is about 400 meters from the beach in a very quiet area und has all necessary amenities which you will find also at home. All bedrooms have king size beds and modern air condition units. 3 bath rooms, a large terrace, own private garden and own private pool complete the comfort of the villa. A living room with air conditioning, satellites TV, DVD make your stay comfortable even during the hot season. The villa has a kitchen and bar counter with 4 burners, kitchen sink and other kitchen accessories. Daily hotel service for towels, bedding, pool towels, cleaning are included. You have 2 maids for cleaning, pool boy, gardener and security supervised by a villa supervisor. We speak English, Spanish, German and Indonesian. You can reach the restaurant and night life area of Seminyak within 5-15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car. Very peaceful, but ideally located and within walking distance to all amenities like beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment places ad more.

From here we can arrange bookings, transport to 3 golf courses within a driving time of not more than 30 minutes. Bali has an ideal climate mainly during the summer months. However temperatures even during the hottest months are still fresher than in most areas in South East Asia due to the light winds. You have all the possibilities for mountain biking, paragliding, safari tours, elephant riding, bird park, zoo, wind surfing and all the famous surfing beaches of Bali. Museums, painters, wood carvers, temples, ancient buildings can be reached with day tours which we can arrange with comfortable cars. The costs are generally less than using organised bus tours. Diving trips, mountain hiking, visiting the volcanoes, massages, yoga and Pilates courses are available. You can also participate in Balinese, French and other cooking classes.

  • From the master bed room you have direct access to the en-suite bath room. In line with the architectural idea of the villa the bath rooms are finished in a very modern design. The master bath room has a double wash basin, and the other two have single wash basins. Toilet, large mirrors, hot and cold water and showers. Bath room No. 1 has an outside rain shower. Additionally you will find hair dryers, bath room amenities, daily fresh and white towels, bath room slippers and an excellent water pressure which is not self-evident in Bali.

  • Two of the bed rooms are very spacious. The third one has a large king size bed but the room itself is smaller. It has a seating area however as well. All rooms have night tables, table lamps, wardrobes or drawer units and individual air conditioning systems to allow you to choose your own temperature. They are very comfortable with very good supporting mattresses, 2 down feather comforters each and good pillows. Two bed rooms are in the ground floor with terra cotta tiles and in the first floor with teakwood flooring. Additionally folding beds or baby cots can be placed in two of the rooms.
