Chianti Senese house-farmhouse-chateau / country house Rental Property Information

You are staying in a several hundred year old Tuscan-style farmhouse which has kept its authentic charm. This is not a usual holiday home, but our own house and the destination of our holidays. The 20 mile panoramic view of the Chianti Classico region is absolutely unique and quite unforgettable. There are great views from each of the different apartments and terraces. The spacious and well-kept property offers several quiet areas in which to lie down and relax. The main house is built around a courtyard which is decorated with roses and an old, stone oven. Apart from the smallest unit (the ‘Annesso’) all our flats are spacious (970, 1075 and 2150 sq. ft.), and, every unit has its own terrace.

The Upstairs Apartment is tiled in traditional terra cotta and contains two large living rooms: an ‘atelier’ with a huge panoramic window and direct access to the terrace with the fantastic view onto the Chianti area, as well as a spacious main room with a rustic hearth. This apartment is furnished in an appealing mix of old and new. The artistry at the walls gives the living experience a private and rarely encountered personal note. The apartment fulfils even the highest expectations with its far-reaching views, spaciousness and tasteful furniture. We would be happy to send you more pictures.
