Cape Coral villa Rental Property Information

The exclusive villa “Royal Tee”, with a living area of approx. 200 m² was built in 2000, in the western part of the golf course, with wonderful view upon the 9 Green des King Course, of the 27-hole Championship Golf Course Cape Royal. The 3 golf courses: Queen, Prince and King were designed by Gordon Lewis. It is a challenge for players of all Handicap levels, and very attractive through its convenient Green fees. The beautiful, 110 m² large pool area is completely equipped. There is a table with 4 chairs, 2 comfortable armchairs, as well as 3 canvas chairs and a hammock, which offer enough room for the guests, who can also be served with grill delicacies. You can relax in one of the canvas chairs and admire the beautiful pool (electric heating system) with tropical plants. The decoration of the house is more than tasteful.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

The South-West of Florida The South-West of Florida has an average of 320 sunny days a year. The idyllic settlement Matlacha is approx. 3 miles away, and it offers many restaurants. This will be for sure your favourite place for the evenings. Across the golf course, there is a new shopping center.

Golf Information: Living on a 27 golf course is extremely attractive for golf players. Florida is a real golf paradise. In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
