The beautifully located apartment, in the heart of Germering is just 25 subway minutes from downtown Munich. Building hosts 6 units, one of which is our apartment. Lots of shops and restaurants are about 600ft away from the house. It is near enough to reach everything on foot, far enough to avoid hearing traffic noise. Public pools, ice skating, lake cinemas can be reached within a short walk. With a 3 min. away located subway access you can reach downtown Munich in approx. 20 mins. You are approx. 10 mins via subway away from the famous 'Ammersee' a beautiful lake in Bavaria. Castles, museum, theatres, and much more are available in the beautiful center of Bavaria, Munich. The location offers various bike riding opportunities through beautiful landscapes, without being disturbed by car traffic. There is an excellent connection to the Starnberger Lake or to the Alps (approx. 1 hour). The world famous Octoberfest can be reached via Subway within about 20 mins. You won't need a car.
