Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The weekly rate applies for one week and occupancy of 2 adults plus 11% tax. Each additional person is subject to a surcharge of $100.00 per week. Minimum rent is one week, after one week we do prorate daily. High season surcharge 20% Christmas and Easter, minimum stay is 2 weeks. Rental boats are available upon request. Included in the rent are linen, towels, beach towels, phone calls inside US and Canada and most European Countries, but not to mobile phones, high speed internet access with WLAN, pool and lawn service. Children up to 12 years stay free.
